Our founder, Ling Shao had a long career history of working in healthcare, both as a nurse and then as a payor executive and healthcare leader. After her son was diagnosed with ASD, Ling saw firsthand how challenging it was to get him the support he needed to thrive. She used her personal connections and professional background to access the most experienced ABA providers, even moving her family to the west coast.

After having additional children with ASD diagnoses, Ling saw what was needed to define quality and drive outcomes that matter to children, families, providers, and payors.

Ling realized that the best way to consolidate provider data and bring forward analytic insights was to develop a clinical documentation solution. She got to work building SpectrumAi, a company that builds tools and technology to equip ABA providers with a consumer-grade option to collect data in the precise moment of care.
